Guacamole
1 cup Chavie’s North of the Border Salsa Verde
3 Ripe Avocados, seeded and peeled
Salt to taste
Procedure
Coarsely mash avocados in mixing bowl, add Chavie’s North of the Border
Salsa Verde and fold together. Add salt to taste. This recipe can also
be made in a food processor using one or two quick pulses to mix
ingredients. For best results, make guacamole as close to serving as
possible.
Yield: 2 cups
